Pony.ai announced that it has recently reached a strategic cooperation with Dubai RTA, and will deploy a Robotaxi fleet in the local area.

According to the plan, this cooperation will be implemented in phases: test operations will be launched in 2025, and fully unmanned commercial operations will be advanced in 2026, achieving seamless connection with Dubai’s local metro, tram, and sea routes and other diverse transportation networks.

Dubai’s open policy is highly consistent with its forward-looking planning and Pony.ai’s vision of promoting the large-scale application of autonomous driving. This cooperation will help Dubai build a safer, more efficient and sustainable future mobility ecosystem.
